A noticable udpate today is that the forms around the site have been improved with CSS magic. Plus, the staff also get a new staff power, so keep reading to hear more.
About the form redesign, you'll notice the changes the most on your edit account settings page. I've basically made it fit with the rest of the layout and made it easier to differentiate among different sections of the form.
Staff also have new powers to attach images to their forum posts and comments. This will help us out a lot in the staff forum and around the rest of the site. Expect to see this feature given to users of certain ranks in the near future when we add more ranks. ;)

I like the new staff feature :) it will save me a LOT of uploading time! Haha.
It doesn't work on iPhones ATM... See if you can find a workaround for that since reporting phone problems that way would be a lot easier too!
As for the forms - they look very spiffy if I do say so myself :)

Do image upload forms even work on mobile forms? I don't think I've ever seen a site having one for mobile, they've always done it through a mobile application.
Well I am happy about the better forms and the add comment button saying "Post Comment" now instead of "Save", but should also swap the order of the preview/send buttons on the send private message page because right now the preview button shows first.

Password is just like your underwear. You have to change it everyday and make sure not to let anyone see it and use it.

We could add smilies if you guys think it would be a cool thing to have. I kind of like the use of standard text smilies. :P
@haily - I think they all use some sort of module :( hopefully they (you) find some sort of workaround in the near future :)
As I think I mentioned before, I like the idea of text smilies, but I'd like it if they were a little more differentiated... Something like the style they have in gchat? Except we theme them blue/grey?

The image upload feature seems to work well on an android phone. :P
I do think that when you click on an attached image, then it should open in a new tab. I keep closing the tab. :P

Btw... I dont think the image uploader works with animated gif images. :( I just tried to upload the perfect facepalm smiley & it didnt work -facepalm-

It would be cool if we were able to tag people in comments or posts like on facebook :3 and they would be notified I mean, not just linking people.

I like the idea although I'm not sure about the contact part. I don't want IC to be spammy. For now, I'm fine without the feature, but I'll keep a note of it to look back to later after IC has grown a bit.
